Credit and contact information is collected through a credit application process.  This information is stored electronically for the purposes of establishing the selling relationship with the customer.  Access to this information is limited to EJ employees, agents and contractors who we believe reasonably need this information to do their jobs.  This information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Every so often, EJ includes survey forms on the web site to help better understand and respond to our customers' needs and interests.  Customers are able to opt-out of participating in these surveys if they wish.  EJ will not disclose survey response information to companies or individuals outside EJ affiliated companies unless all personal information is removed and/or the information is given to vendors who are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than helping to provide services to EJ and its customers.

EJ sends e-mail communications about its products, services and special offers requested by customers and others who have given prior consent.  Each e-mail EJ sends for marketing purposes enables recipients to opt-out of receiving further marketing e-mails.  Opting-out also can be accomplished through the recipient's personal profile on the EJ web site.  EJ also uses e-mail to provide details about customer account(s) and information regarding existing products, services and systems.

Product drawings are the property of EJ and may not be copied or used for the manufacture of an exact, similar or imitation products.  In addition, drawings may not be used for the development of complementary products without explicit written permission from EJ.

Security (Back to top)

User IDs and passwords for registered users are provided at the discretion of EJ and may be revoked at any time.  User IDs and passwords are offered to registered users in order to obtain EJ company and product information for their personal benefit or the benefit of their employer.  It is a violation of the EJ Acceptable Use Policy to share the EJ site user ID and password with anybody who is not part of the registered user's employing organization.  Doing so will be considered reason for account termination.

Country, state, county and all local municipal product specifications are subject to change.  EJ strives to maintain a current product specification list.  EJ is not responsible if specification updates are not accurate.  EJ highly advises that before making any product decisions, you consult with your local EJ sales representative to verify product specifications.
